EKONO has extensive experience in energy conservation through studies and energy conservation work completed in over 100 mills in North America and Europe.

Optimization of process energy use, as well as maximum utilization of by-product fuels and back-pressure power generation potential, requires a thorough understanding of the mill's energy and material balances.  Through EKONO's process expertise, benchmarking data, and the use of many in-house tools, opportunities for substantial energy cost reduction can be identified and evaluated.

Recently, EKONO has made available to our clients EMM, our energy monitoring and management system based on Excel to help mills with energy optimization.
